By using the Fathom Coffee SMS ordering service, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Our SMS ordering service allows you to place coffee orders by text message. Orders are prepared for pickup at our location during business hours.

3. Ordering Process

• Text your order to our designated phone number
• Confirm your order when prompted
• Complete payment via the provided link (or pay in store)
• Pick up your order at our location

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as listed in our menu and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Square. All sales are final once the order is prepared.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before confirmation. Once confirmed and preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to modify an order.

6. SMS Communications

By using our service, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your orders. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fathom Coffee is not liable for delays, errors, or issues caused by SMS delivery failures, payment processing issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
